Two sections of the My account window in Thexyz Webmail help you keep an eye on who is using your mailbox. Application Passwords lists the passwords your account uses and when each one last signed in. Last Logins is a history of recent sign-ins, with the location, the password used and the service, such as imap. This guide explains what each column means and what to do if something looks wrong.
Quick answer
Click your avatar, choose My account, then Application Passwords to see each password with its App Name, Last Login IP, Location and Time; use Update Application Password to change one. Click Last Logins to see recent sign-ins by Remote IP, Location, Password Used, Service Used and Date. Click Refresh in either section to reload.

Screens checked in Thexyz Webmail, November 2026.
Step 1: Open Application Passwords
- Click your avatar at the top-right of Thexyz Webmail and choose My account. (The same menu has User Settings and Logout.)
- In the left-hand list, click Application Passwords.
The section has two buttons, Refresh and Update Application Password, above a table. In our test it listed two rows: Main, the account’s main password, with its last sign-in location (Canada) and time; and OTP, labelled One Time Pa… (one-time password).

Step 2: Read the table
- App… and App Name: which password the row is for, such as Main or OTP.
- Last Login IP and Location: where that password was last used. A country you don’t expect is worth checking.
- Time: when it was last used, for example 2026-11-03 01:04:35.
- Delete: the column for removing an entry you no longer need.
The Update Application Password button is where you change an application password. We didn’t go through that dialog in our test, so check what it asks before you confirm.
Separate passwords for separate apps mean you can cut off one device without changing the password everywhere else. Depending on your webmail version, the options for adding a new application password may differ from what’s shown here.
Step 3: Check Last Logins
- In the left-hand list, click Last Logins.
- Read down the table. Each row is one sign-in, newest first.

- Remote IP and Location: where the sign-in came from (for example Canada, United States or Unknown).
- Password Used: which password signed in, such as Main Password.
- Service Used: how it signed in. imap means a mail app such as a phone or Outlook; login most likely a web sign-in.
- Date: when it happened.
- Click Refresh to load the latest entries.
What about MFA?
The My account list also has an MFA item, short for multi-factor authentication, just below Known Senders. We didn’t open it for this guide, so we can’t walk through its screens here. If you want a second sign-in step on top of your password, that is the section to look at. For a comparison, see how two-step verification and app passwords work in OX App Suite.
Tips and troubleshooting
- A sign-in you don’t recognise. Change your password straight away; see how to change your password in Thexyz Webmail. The update button signs out every session.
- Lots of imap rows. Normal. Phones and desktop apps check mail often, and each check can log a sign-in.
- Location looks wrong. IP locations are approximate. Mobile networks and VPNs often show a different region or country.
- Unknown location with login. Occasional rows like this can be ordinary web sign-ins; look at the Date to see if it matches when you used webmail.
- Old devices. Remove application passwords for phones or apps you no longer use from the Delete column.
Thexyz Webmail comes with Thexyz hosted email, so the same mail, calendar, contacts and tasks are available from any browser.
